F1 Sports Oracle Pick'em

Call the
finishing order.

Put every driver where you think they will finish. The whole grid locks at lights out.

Scoring, decoded

You score every driver, not just the podium.

We compare each driver’s predicted place with their place in the official numbered classification, then add those scores for your race total.

+3

Exact place

Your P4 pick finishes P4.

+1

One place away

Your P4 pick finishes P3 or P5.

+0

Two or more away

Your P4 pick finishes P2, P6, or farther away.

Race-total example

Three drivers: winner exact (+3), P4 one place away (+1), and P8 two places away (+0) = 4 points. Repeat across every classified driver.

When race totals tie

More exact calls → lower total position error—the lowest sum of absolute places missed → correct winner. Exact remaining ties share the place. Save time never counts.

What about an unclassified driver? If a published driver still has no numbered result after the 24-hour correction window, that driver is voided for everyone and contributes neither points nor position error.

How it works

Every position matters.

  1. 01
    Rank the complete field

Use every driver once, from your predicted winner through the final classified position.

  2. 02
    Beat lights out

Your full order freezes at the official race start. A late retry cannot change it.

  3. 03
    Add every driver

Each classified driver contributes to one race total; voided drivers are omitted for everyone.

  4. 04
    Settle after review

Standings publish 24 hours after the scheduled start, leaving room for official classification corrections.

Tie-break ladder

No hidden speed advantage.

Overall order quality comes first. A winner call matters only after two entries are otherwise equally accurate.

  1. 1More total points
  2. 2More exact positions
  3. 3Lowest sum of absolute places missed across every scored driver
  4. 4Correct race winner
  5. =Still level? Share the place

Same field for everyone. The eligible field freezes when entries open. A published entrant without a numbered result is voided for every player; a substitute is never silently added.

No fastest-finger tie-break. Submission time, sign-up date, and display name never decide competitive rank. Equal entries receive competition ranking—for example, P1, P1, P3.
